Pros:
Fantastic version of Office that matches or outstrips everything in Windows Office. Perfect choice for people who want to move to Mac in an Windows office environment.
Cons:
Some minor cosmetic differences in the interface and icons that will require a few minutes to become familiar with if switching from Windows Office
