About a year old not working the way it should

Pros:
Worked good for about a year.
Cons:
Not getting a steady signal at all now Up until about a month ago, The signal strength was about 90% never falling below 80%.
Now it drops to 15% and stays at about 30% most of the time.
Nothing has been changed the location of the router, and this computer is the same.
The laptop that we have is getting good signals no mater where it it located in the house, so it's not the router.
