Overall Review:

The caddy issue mentioned by others isn't a big issue. This problem is there with all servers with hotswap drives. Just buy a drive and caddy as seperate pieces on your favorite auction site or elsewhere. The caddy's are about $8 and you can populate with the drives of your choice.

Last I checked, HP doesn't manufactuer HDD's so don't waste your money buying an HP branded one!
