Pros:
No cords, no buttons, nothing to mess with.
It just works as is. Installed Torque lite on my andriod phone and turned on the bluetooth, sync'ed and it all worked the first time.
Cons:
Only that the lights on the unit, on my model vehicle are facing down. So i am unable to see the status lights on the unit. Maybe a different placement, on the end maybe?
