Pros:
The Price of the Web Camera was excellent. The Camera got to me as promised. Really fast shipping!!
Cons:
Camera was in Bubble wrap and lose in the envelope.
Overall Review:
On May 30, 2013, a representative from the Company contacted me on the phone. He was very pleasant as he made his inquiry about my three star rating. We went over the problem wit the packaging. He assured me the problem has been corrected. I really appreciate the Company contacting me. This shows they are or top of things and actually read their reviews. Good Company.
