I purchased 2 units. First one failed 3 months ago. Second unit failed 1 week ago. Technical support made me repeat troubleshooting steps several times. RMA issue was a hassle, it took more than 6 weeks for repaired unit to arrive, . I won't send second unit for repair. I was responsible for paying shipping for their faulty unit.Very unreliable device. My client was very displeased with this purchase. I would not recommend this product. This is my first experience with Buffalo Tech and for sure the last.
