Pros:
The fans move air nicely, and the red blades look nice. The price is relatively low. Rosewill products are generally good quality. The fan comes with a controller and mounting screws.
Cons:
The fan is somewhat loud. The wiring for the fan controller can get somewhat messy.
Overall Review:
Very good fan considering the price.
