Pros:
Installation under Windows 8.1 Pro went easily. Just followed the quick start guide. It now sits quietly on a shelf above my desktop. The only thing noticeable are the bright blue lights.
Cons:
Acronis True Image HD DVD which is mentioned in the specifications and is included with the hardware will not work under Windows 8. Even Acronis admits this. I'm using Windows File History for backup right now. If you want Acronis, you need to buy it.
Overall Review:
It is a shame that Shuttle paid to include the Acronis DVD for this system, but didn't get a version that will work with the latest version of Windows. They don't even offer a download to replace the DVD.
