Pros:
XV-21 looks new and works like new. Good suction. Floor is surprisingly cleaner. The dust cup is one of the easiest I've ever had to empty.
Cons:
XV-21 has trouble getting back to its base station on the battery power it reserves for that purpose. I find that I don't mind giving it a lift from time to time after how well it performs.
Overall Review:
Its loud like a smaller upright stick vacuum, I can still hold a conversation in the same room, but its not enjoyable to do so. The cat is indifferent to it.
