I've ordered many drives over the years and this is the first time I have a DOA and on an enterprise drive! Purchased 4 for a NAS and one of the four was DOA. If that is the level of quality control on new drives, I am now worried about the durability of the rest of these drives.

Overall Review:

I had to pay shipping back to Newegg for the RMA. I think WD should reimburse either newegg or the customer for this. Preferably the RMA should be cost free and hassle free for the customer.
