Pros:
I have 2 of these NICs and use them in an ESXi 5.5 build. They work great and work right out of the box without any additional drivers. I'm using them to virtualize pfSense 2.1 and so far everything just works great.

None
Overall Review:
If you need a reliable NIC with good performance, i'd highly recommend this. If you need extremely high bandwidth, i'd recommend a pro series but for the money, this is great.
