Very disappointed 01/31/2014
This review is from: G.SKILL TridentX Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model F3-2400C10Q-32GTX
Pros:
2 of the 4 works.
Cons:
2 of the 4 are seen as Abnormal to my new ASUS X79-Deluxe motherboard. 4x8GB sticks, only 16 GB will show up. Booted each in D1 as recommended for a single stick, and isolated 2 which produce code 53 which is a memory initialization error.
Overall Review:
Especially disappointed because this is the 2nd set of G.SKILL kits for this 1 new build that's failed. The previous set was the DDR3 1600 quad kit, which 1 of the 4 was abnormal. Cost me $14.53 to return that, now I'm having to return another kit and out another $14.53. I guess I need to buy a different brand.

Dear Customer
We are sorry to hear you are having such issues. The memory should work flawlessly with that motherboard. Try testing the RAM in another slot such as A1 to confirm the problem. It is very unlikely to have two seperate kits with abnormal modules. Check CPU and memory installation to make sure everything is firmly installed. Improper CPU or CPU fan installation can cause this problem as well. A bent CPU slot pin or having the CPU cooler too tight can also cause a similar issue so these are things to check. Should problem persist, feel free to send them in directly to G.Skill for RMA exchange. You are guaranteed to have a good working memory kit in your computer.
Thank you
