Not reliable and extremely poor tech support

Pros:
Very nice appearance and easy to setup.
Cons:
I copied files to this device from two different Operating Systems....Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. The files copied to it from my Windows 8.1 device get marked as READ ONLY and I need to uncheck that option on the file if I want to delete it....otherwise I get access denied when trying to delete. Windows 7 is fine. I contacted their tech support and while they are somewhat responsive their answers are VERY brief and they seem to have an attitude like they could care less. The device also stops functioning from time to time. I can ping it when it is not functioning properly but cannot access it via file share or web interface. The only fix is to power it off and back on. I brought up both of these issues to their tech support and was given a "we're working on it" response but with NO follow up and NO solution to the issues. I would never buy another device from this company.
