Pros:
This seemed like a great product when I ordered it. The power light goes on in any receptacle in the house but the lamp will not turn on without a firm tap, also the decal is fading on this expensive lamp! I just wrote another review before this.
Cons:
Non responsive control panel 90% of the time.
