3 out of 5 eggs Quiet but wimpy 04/30/2014

This review is from: Noctua NF-S12A PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Brown)

Pros:

Some of the quietest fans I own, especially at low speeds. Absolutely no low speed bearing noise like most other fans.

Cons:

* Very little flow at low speeds
* Dismal flow when the fan is mounted behind an intake filter or in front of my case's outtake mesh.

Overall Review:

Swapped out to a different fan that had a more full fan blade design and it seemed to push more air.
