Pros:
I use it in my MythTV server and it has proven to be very reliable with my 5x WD Red 3.0TB drives in a RAID5 configuration. I love having direct access to the controller via network connection/web browser.
Cons:
Doesn't seem to perform nearly as fast as my old Areca ARC-1220 controller.
