Pros:

I'm an IT student and part time web developer. I needed a relatively inexpensive SOHO system and this one fits the bill perfectly.

Cons:

I'm not crazy about the design of the case and I wish it had more USB ports in the front but I have no big complaints with this PC.

Also, this is neither pro nor con in my opinion but it comes with Win 7 Pro with media to upgrade to Win 8.1 Pro.

I haven't tried it with Win 8 and so I can't comment there.
