Pros:
STUNNING Customer Service....was missing a critical part (see previous review)...called Customer Service...talked to Ashley who found the part number and verified it was in stock and had it shipped that day (today). I should have my part soon and making espresso.
Cons:
Well...the plastic water tank seems fragile.
