Overall Review:

I bought two of these to help cover my two story home. I have a Sagecom F@st 1704 DSL modem router that did not effectively reach both floors and all corners. So, my idea was to get tow of these and use powerline ethernet adapters to connect them to the modem and use them as access points. They seem to work very well and I am well covered on both floors now. They have been very stable. I have had a little problem with one location but the problem was the powerline adapter getting noise from something else plugged in nearby.

The firmware that was loaded on the device as new was not that great. But after an update there are some new bells and whistles including automatic checking of firmware updates. The setup is EXTREMELY easy. You just pick which function you want it to have; router, access point, extender, wifi bridge, or WISP. I have only used these things as access points, but they are working very well, I haven't had to restart them.

For the money, hard to beat. Throughput seems good enough and I really don't have any major complaints. I would recommend this router.
