Pros:
When it worked, it was fine.
Cons:
Unreliable as heck. I purchased a three year replacement service contract. The first set of headphones just stopped working. I set up a replacement, which was fine. Within 6 weeks, the device failed. I then learned that my service contact was for a one time replacement. So, now I have the headset--and its a worthless piece of waste.
Overall Review:
NewEgg needs to expressly state that their service contracts are for one time fulfillment.
