UPDATED REVIEW 09/12/2015

Pros:
Worked for 9 weeks.
Cons:
Failed after 9 weeks.
Was playing a graphics intensive game and my machine shut down without warning. Restarted and the machine ran for about 10 minutes before powering off again. Thought my GPU might be overheating so I pulled it, reapplied AC MX-2 and reinstalled. The PC seemed to be fine for a few hours.
Woke up and played for a bit before, once again, the system shut down. This time I downloaded some temp monitoring software and everything looked good. Rebooted, left machine up while I went out for a few hours. Came home and the machine was shut down. Powered it up and it shut off after a few seconds.
Removed APC UPS from equation. Put an APC surge protector in place. PC shut down after a few minutes.
Changed outlets. PC shut off after a few minutes.
Put in my years-old Antec 350W PSU and put APC UPS back in place and swapped back to original outlet. Everything has been running just fine.
Corsair PSU is bad. Probably the last PSU I buy from Corsair although I have had good luck with their RAM.
Overall Review:
At $23 dollars after rebate, I had to give it a try. I have a Corsair SSD and several sticks of Corsair RAM. Those work just fine. This PSU (especially when compared to the years old Antec 350W) should have lasted much longer than 9 weeks.
