Pros:
I've had great luck with other SSDs...I hope the replacement works well.
Cons:
DOA. Wouldn't detect in AHCI mode, and in IDE mode the system had major timeouts-- and would't work to access the drive. Intel's own diag tool said it couldn't communicate with the drive.
Overall Review:
I hope the replacement from Newegg works. I've had multiple Intel SSD's in my systems and clients' systems without issues(unlike other brands, where I've had many, many dead SSDs)...I'm hoping this is just a fluke.
