Pros:

- Low Price (~$60 at time of review/purchase).
- HGST Hard Drives are the most reliable in the business.
- Enterprise Grade.
- Decent Capacity.

Cons:

- Not 4TB Capacity.
- Not Free.

Overall Review:

I bought two of these for a Synology DS215j NAS which I also bought at Newegg. Both drives arrived in perfect condition, none DOA. They are currently running at a cool 36.5 degrees Celsius.
