- Returns Policy
All items we sell are backed by a 30 day Guarantee against defects, by the manufacturer's warranty. We accept returns for Defective items, requested within 14 days from the delivery date, Or 30 days from the original order date; unless specified below.
We recommend saving all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. ALL items must be returned in ALL original manufacturer's packaging. (with all accessories, etc.) NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please do NOT write on or put shipping labels directly on the Manufacturer packaging! Your return will be refused and no credit will be issued.
Software And Consumables (OEM Ink/Toner Cartridges and digital media, consumables and health products) are not returnable for any reason.
We will accept returns on Compatible Ink and Toner only
If your item is defective and beyond 30 days from the purchase date, you may contact the manufacturer of your product for warranty repair/replacement options.
**If your order is delivered damaged, it must be reported to the carrier and/or us within a maximum of 72 hours after delivery. The item(s) must be in the original box, with the original packaging and the original shipping label.
Please Inspect your package for any damage(s) before signing and accepting the delivery. If your item has any sign of damage, refuse the shipment.
We are not liable for wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents that take place after delivery.
All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Please Note: If your return is received in any other condition than what is stated in your return request, we reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee or refuse the return back to you and no refund will be issued.
Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. We are not responsible for damages that occur during return shipping. Insuring your return package is not required, but is always a good idea just to be safe.
Refunds: Please allow 2-10 business days upon receipt for us to process.
Note: Sometimes the systems are not perfect. If within 10 business days the refund or replacement has not been received, Please call us 718-412-0505 and we will look into the matter immediately.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
