I would not recommend ARTS and will avoid any future bossiness transactions with them. First they tried to cancel my order because of price while item was relisted at much higher price claiming it was out of stock at lower price. They communicated that it would be in stock in a week or did I just want to cancel order. Item purchased was listed as new. When they sent item about a week later it was obvious that what they sent was a competitor return by the cut and re taped seal and competitor tape remains all over the exterior of the box. Inside the box many of the hardware pieces did not have the plastic packaging for them they were just loose in the box. 1 of the set of 2 bridge appliances was faulty and when I contacted manufacturer tech support I was informed that serial number on that device had already been called in about and was listed faulty. So i sent them back for replacement to ARTS. ARTS did a refund rather than contact me when they received my return. 3 weeks wasted time with ARTS.

My accounting practice has owned multiple hp 4250 printers. While this one technically prints, it appears to be stuck on the internal dark courier font despite saying it’s not. The results are the same with 3 different computers. The other issue is being charged for expedited shipping when it was regular ground shipping. They printed a shipping label to appear they had filled the order but it was not shipped for another 6 days.

After receiving other memory for the computer even thou others stated it would work, I had to return the others. Pleased with that stick but I ordered a second and received a wrong stick. Trying to get information per that order. First order was great! Tom

Order was lost in the mail with no fault to retailer. ARTS immediately reached out to me personally after I put in an inquiry regarding the shipment, stating the item will be reported as lost and a new order will be made swiftly. Received the new order within 48 hours in perfect condition. Easily one of the best retailers on Newegg that I've done business with.
