I believe it is being sent by donkey cart to the nearest port of call then transferred to a leaky rowboat rowed by two elderly folks one to bail one two row across the pacific where it will be transferred to some Californian kid on a skateboards backpack and shuffled across the country to the east coast .

A little slow, but AS STATED...

Not a lot of controllers like this available nowadays. Not sure why, I guess because so many people are enraptured with their phones! But I "grew up" in the the 80's so I was I "fell in love" with my computers, before "being a geek" was cool, lol. This came a little slow (of course - it WAS from China), but I was building a new computer (AMD) so it was needed (sadly, they never really got a handle on "heat"...). But, it came "well packed" and works exactly as described! It appears to be well-made and "does" exactly what I needed! I WOULD buy it again, if I needed another!

Nothing wrong with the product, but it took forever to get here. Why did it have to come all the way from China? Don't they have things like that in stock?

Ordered some simple fan filters. After two weeks it still hadn't shipped. Tried returning but instead got an RMA number asking me to ship the product (Which i don't have) back. Newegg simply cancelled the RMA Request. Then the seller contacts me first, to which i reply i do not need the product and would like a refund. A week later the order is still in progress, still hasn't shipped or given me a refund.

Sorry, the purchase time of the buyer is in the Chinese New Year holiday, so the delivery is delayed. When we are working normally, the buyer informs us that it is no longer needed, so we did not ship. Buyers request a refund is processed by NEWEGG, there is a delay in time, we can not directly refund, please understand. Thank you
