We are also able to find hard to source items. We do not list every item available, this could be because of manufacturer restrictions, to limit our liability if there are wholesale pricing changes, and due to time to list items.

How soon do you ship?
****We allow up to two business days to process your order and the item should be delivered within the time frame mentioned when your order is shipped. If an item is shipped to a residential address it may take an additional day for delivery. If you have an immediate need, we are able to offer next day business delivery at times later than most. In many cases we can get an item out if we receive an order up to nine pm Central time for next day delivery.
What does order confirmation mean?
****When you receive an email that says "order confirmation" that pulls that item from our inventory and holds it for you. It can take 10 minutes up to 24 hours for the order to be authorized.
What does payment authorized mean?
****That is the time that your order has been verified and approved. This is not the time we receive your actual order to process. Once your payment is authorized, it can take up to an hour for us to receive your order from Newegg's server. Once we prepare you item to be shipped you will receive an invoice.
Do you have more inventory than what is listed?
****In many cases we have more inventory than what is listed. If you wish to buy more feel free to contact us.
