Archies Toys will never allow you to cancel/modify your order under any circumstances

So, I needed to cancel my order and reorder because the billing information on the order was wrong (completely wrong, not even the same state). I made the order on Dec 22 at 2:43 AM PST, and I sent my request to cancel the order at 2:44 AM, only one minute later. Despite my unbeatable timeliness of the request, and despite the bad billing address, AND despite that I'd already made a replacement order which should have clued them in there was a mistake, to my great surprise and dismay I was later notified that the payment had been authorized, then charged, and finally that the item was shipped. Archies Toys's excuse was that they had not received the cancellation request in time. Outrageous! Sending my request ONE MINUTE after ordering, I quite literally could not have been any more timely. And what poor customer protection must they have if they'll eagerly process a payment which is billed to the wrong state?! I can't give them a good rating because they ultimately couldn't solve the problem they created for me, and I ended up being charged twice for 2 identical orders. However, I will give them a 2nd egg, because after going back and forth with their support 3 times they did at least offer to refund if I returned the duplicate item. Unfortunately, that didn't work for me because it was shipped to my friend as a gift, and it would be a very bad gift indeed if I were to put my friend through the trouble of processing the return for me. I won't be buying from them again.

Damaged Box

I was not disappointed with the toy itself but the box the toy came in. The box was quite damaged and taped back together where you can see it was opened. The toy seems to be intact but my son (who I bought this for for Christmas) likes to keep his figures in the box so there might be a little disappointment there. I'm not sure if it got damaged in transit because it was packaged in a bag vs a sturdy box I would use if sending something like that. But I can see that the toy was opened and taped back closed which definitely wasn't done in transit. Nonetheless, as long as all the pieces are there I guess that's what matters. First time purchasing from this site I probably won't do it again.

Bad Seller Did not get what I ordered

In the Newegg listing it says "Pro-Matte Eclipse Card Sleeves - Black (10 packs of 80) MINT/New But I only got 1 pack of 80 They blame it on Newegg This is the email Archies Toys sent me "We apologize for any issue with your recent order. Please log into your Newegg account to start a return. Unfortunately the new egg catalog data for this item is incorrect, the UPC on the catalog record is for a single pack of 80 sleeves, however the Newegg catalog data indicates that 10 packs of the sleeves are being sold as 1 unit. We have reported the issue to new egg so that their catalog data can be updated. The 10 pack catalog record would be assigned a different UPC."
