Sold a refurbished laptop but did not factory reset it before hand

When laptop was received it was not reset and wanted me to log into someone else's account. When sent back for RMA it was rejected for used item returned as new which is never what I represented the problem to be.

Don't buy from Aztek Computer

My order was stuck in "processing" for nearly a week, so I emailed the seller asking what was taking so long. They replied 20 minutes later with a tracking number, because they had just made the shipping label. Now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive. I doubt they would have even sent out my order had I not sent an email. I wish I checked out the seller's reviews before ordering, but I'm surprised newegg even allows such a seller on here in the first place after reading these reviews. Moral of the story don't buy from Aztek Computers, and check seller reviews.

Submitted order on a monday, and it sat for 5 days waiting to be processed, contacted the seller and asked what the deal was. They responded later that day it arrived more than a week after it should have. And it arrived with the factory seal broken clearly indicating it had been opened, and was thus unable to be claimed as new. Don't do business with them.

edit: I am editing this review to provide a final update now that everything has been resolved. Would still not recommend to anyone based on my experience with Aztek. I ordered a PSU off them in the beginning of February (6-Feb). They created the shipping label and sent info to USPS within a couple of business days after the order was placed (10-Feb). On February 12th, I'm told the part is now on backstock. Fine, things happen. I ask to cancel the order because they could not provide a timeline on when they expected more stock in. I'm told that day (13-Feb) that the order is cancelled. Two weeks later (Feb-26), I noticed my charge hasn't been issued a refund and the order is still showing active on Newegg at the same status, "In transit, USPS awaiting item". I reach out to confirm it was actually cancelled in their system because it sure isn't on newegg. I hear back that no, it's not cancelled and the product has shipped and provide me a second tracking number. Both that number and the original are still showing the same exact status, "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". The label for the new tracking number was also created at the USPS facility 6 hours after they told me the product had supposedly shipped, so I know something was up. They confirmed 5 days later that the second tracking number was another customers that they sent to me by mistake. After all of that was sorted out and Aztek noticed I had posted a review on Newegg, they reached out asking my to remove it, and then finally began working on issuing a refund. It took 23 emails back and forth and two chats with Newegg customer service. March 4th the refund cleared, when I was told the order was cancelled on February 13th. I am changing my original 1/5 review because in light of the full explanation I got nearly a month after my order was placed I don't think that was fair, but I still cannot recommend working with them. For all I know, if a part is in stock your experience will be seamless, but from the time they told me the part was on backorder, every step of this process has felt like pulling teeth. Looking at other review out there, this seems to be a systemic problem. p.s. Fun fact, the Newegg return window starts when the shipping information is sent to the carrier, so when Aztek sends it and then tells you it's on backorder after the fact, each day is another day you can't return that product if it turns out to be defective.

This seller is extremely slow to deliver. Delivery for my order wasn't initiated until two weeks after confirmation of receiving my order resulting in a 20 day span from confirmation to final delivery. My guess is this seller makes one trip a week to their shipping partner and so if your order misses that trip it sits until the next week's trip. The product was as advertised, but it seems the low price comes at the cost of extremely slow delivery. I wish I would have read other customers reviews before placing my order, they aren't great. I won't be purchasing from the is seller, nor Newegg, again.

I ordered a refurbished imac from this seller. I had some reservations based upon the negative reviews...but I got the product within 3 days of ordering it via fedex. The product was packaged well, exactly as described, and exceeded my expectations.
