Our brand “BESTEK” is well-known all over the world. BESTEK GROUP mainly engaged in R&D, manufacture and sales of electronic products, which involved in automobile electronics, car power, environmental protection, solar products, travel products, home appliances, communications etc.

Our factory has 6000 square meters workshop and 300 workers. For development and design, Bestek has 40 Engineers range from Electronics Engineers, Structural Engineers, Software Engineers, Packaging Design Engineers etc. We have equipment of SMT machine, Lead-free wave soldering machine, ICT, computer controlled testing machine for inverter, aging power supply, QC&QA testing machine as well as R&D used facilities and equipment. More than 90% are exported.

Our factory has ISO9001-2008 certificated, and most of our products have patents. Further more, all of our products meet ROHS and CE standard, and some of our products are complied with ETL, UL, FCC, E-MARK, CCC and so on. We stick to the policy of Customer experience utmost and Quality first, trying to surpass customer’s requirements.

BESTEK overseas office: L.A.(USA), London( UK), Yokohama (Japan), they’re distribution center for electronic products, mainly engaged in the sales and after-sales service of electronic products. Drop-shipping is another added service to accommodate our customers. Our facility is capable of directly shipping out products as a supplier to your customers.

About Us


If Customer changes mind within 30 days, customer can return and customer not pays for shipping. Only Defective items returned within 30 days we pay for shipping. 18 month Proven defective item return or exchange.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
