Worst company I have ever dealt with. Company is full of arrogant and truely offensive people. Sellers are honestly, thieves. They take your monies, send damagex goodz, goods completely different to ones advertised, please take my advise and run as if the plague is after you. To make things even worse, they try to confuse you and make you look at fault, as if we are blind and deaf. Ridiculous. Refund is something they have never heard of. Stick with Am you will not go wrong. If you do decide to buy from here pay via PayPal, atleast you have a chance of getting some kind of refund.

I ordered two laptop fans...they arrived over 1 month late- np gobal virus i understand. However, one fan was bent and had dents but still spinned. I had no choice, i was desperate, i bent it back into shape cause it didnt fit. Upset, i installed them but the laptop system didnt recognize either fans and auto shut down. Package and bubble wrapping wasnt damaged etc, i assumed items where like that before shipped. I had to call my laptop marker. I was told they were cheap and fake fans, therefore forcing me to order new fans via their recommended site. Cost more but im satisfied with their service and products. Though im a fan of newegg still, i dont like this out source vendor system and doubt ill order anymore from them. Im heartbroken tbh but i wont be rude about it just honest.

I ordered a keyboard replacement for my laptop, now I understood that there may be chain disruptions from the COVID-19 outbreak, especially since it is coming from over seas (Hong Kong I believe). But after a few weeks I was concerned on how long it was taking and that the overseas tracking info was not being updated after it was handed off to a local courier. I contacted the company and within 24 hrs, they were able to track down the item and gave me new tracking info(it was handed off to the US mail for the "Last Mile Delivery"). I received the item a few days after that.

it should have been let known that the items are from China and will take for ever to arrive. They said it would be 8-15 business days, still waiting. if I had known it was coming from China I would have looked elsewhere for the cable. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way, will be more cautious in the future.

When I opened the package the turtle mouse was covered in a sticky film that took a couple hours to clean off. Once I cleaned off the goo I was able to use it. It seems to work fine.

Contacted customer support for an item that was either defective or incompatable. Responses were drawn out and after asking for a RMA they would like ME to pay return shipping. I do not feel as though they have an actual working/compatable product. I'll just contact my credit card company and let them proceed as they wish. I'm done dealing with "international sellers."
