AT80614005913AB is an OEM/tray microprocessor; BX80614X5690 is a retail boxed microprocessor. So on the Newegg website the product I purchased was the BX80614X5690, which is listed as a new retail box. What I got was probably a refurbished product as it came in a small padded plastic clam shell case inside of a plain brown box. That is how OEM products are packaged which are part # AT80614005913AB. There was also a finger print on the top of the processor. If it even works I will be suprised, however I would not buy from this vendor again.

I emailed these folks yesterday telling them I had ordered the wrong RAM and needed to return it and gave them the correct part number. Got an email back from them today with a return label and a tracking number for the correct RAM which they had already shipped! Now THAT is customer service!

I contacted Newegg sales order help to see if this drive was compatible with Dell servers. The part number matched exactly. They were unable to answer. The only suggestion they had was to refer me to Seagate.com. The drive arrived and was not compatible. I lost all the time invested plus 15% restocking fee and shipping fee. I will not use Newegg again for any parts.

I ordered and paid for a new Samsung EVO850 SSD. The SSD that I received arrived in only an anti-static envelope with part of the drive label removed (sn# for warrantee?). No manufacturers box or manual.

We had an issue where the wrong part was delivered. Brute took care of us by shipping the correct part and allowing us to keep the incorrect part for our troubles (which doubled as a backup for another switch we have). I would recommend but with caution. This seller will charge you shipping and restocking if you need to make a return. other companies, on the contrary, will not. This seller better change its ways if it hopes to remain competitive with other companies.

I would not recommend at this time. I paid 40% extra to get the part (memory) delivered earlier than other vendors and it failed to arrive on time. Then....it does not fit although it was supposed to fit. We will see how the return goes.

I ordered two aruba waps. Ad states 3-5 days deivery. Waited ten days, heard nothing from the seller so i messaged them. Then the following day they canceled my order stating due to covid their distributor was shut down. Had i not reached out to check i doubt they would have bothered even contacting me

I would recommend Brute Networks. They shipped me memory for a server being configured. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the engineer was slow to discover that the additional memory was not necessary for our application. When I went to return the product, I found that the 30 days for NewEgg returns had been exceeded by one day and NewEgg would be unable to help. I sent Brute Networks an email explaining my predicament and was immediately give the okay to return the memory. No questions asked! Now we're not talking a lot of money here, but every little bit helps. I will definitely be coming back to Brute Networks if I need something. Their customer service was easy!

I highly recommend Brute Networks. I mistakenly purchased two wrong hard drives for my HP Proliant G8 Server. I emailed them the problem and they were able to resolve my problem right away and sent me the correct one the next day. The exchange process was so smooth and easy. I highly recommend buying from Brute Networks. The service provided by Christian Pantages was outstanding. His response were fast and accurate. He also followed up and kept me informed.
