Very Unsatisfactory Return / Refund Process

I order a DELL monitor through NewEgg which was sourced via CCV Electronics.  Unfortunately, the monitor did not work with my Linux OS.  I even contacted Dell support for assistance but they were unable to get the monitor to sync with my computer system.  At this point I went through the return process (RMA issued) and received shipping instructions and a label from NewEgg.  I shipped the product on July 2nd (in accordance with the shipping instructions provided to me) to the correct address and the UPS tracking indicated that it was received by CCV on July 7th (i.e., the proof of delivery showed that it was left at the front door).  I initially called NewEgg on July 13th to check on the status of my refund.  I was advised that if the refund was not received in two business days that I should file a claim.  I then proceeded to call CCV directly to speak with one of their customer service reps.  I was able to get in touch with a rep and I advised him of my situation and asked when I could expect to receive my refund.  He indicated that he was able to see that the product was received by them based on the tracking information but that he was not able to see the product in their system.  After some back and forth discussion, the rep indicated that the return item was not signed for and that having a signature of receipt was their policy.  I advised him that (i) I shipped the item in accordance with the shipping instructions provided to me by NewEgg, (ii) the item was under the monetary value required to have a signature and (iii) I had completely satisfied my obligations for receiving a full refund.  He then advised me that it might take two weeks or more before I could receive a refund (if I received it at all) because they would need to investigate the matter and that if the item could not be located then they would have go through the claims process with UPS.  I advised him that this was not my issue but, rather, an issue between CCV and the carrier and that I expected a full refund sooner than the time frame he gave me as the item had been received by CCV on the 7th.  The long and short is that a customer should not have to wait three weeks or more (which takes into account the date the item was received by CCV) to receive a refund if the customer has fulfilled (which I obviously did in this instance and which was confirmed by the NewEgg rep that I spoke with) all his / her obligations for returning the item.   Let me add that this does not appear to be the first time that this particular issue has occurred with CCV and that I would be somewhat reluctant to order from this vendor in the future.  That said, I will say that the rep I spoke with from CCV was very professional and courteous.  And I am trying to understand his situation given the current COVID environment that companies (and carriers) are managing at the moment.  So I am willing to give CCV the benefit of the doubt on this matter and give them a few more days to rectify the matter and process my refund. But my patience is running thin. Let me also add that NewEgg has been extremely helpful and responsive in assisting me with this matter.

very good controller. closest u can get to the real 360 controller in which is the best controller out there in my opinion. the thumb stick movement and sensitivity is almost spot on with the 360. i've had other controllers and none of them come close to this one. as the official 360 controller brand new is hard to find this is the next best thing.

I ordered the wrong part. Sent it back the next day 2 day shipping. They received it on 11-14-2019 it is now 12-6-2019 I have not received my refund use them at your own risk. Newegg stepped in and are taking care of things. Thanks Newegg

I purchased the expedited 2-day shipping for this item 3 days ago. According to the tracking number they provided me the item has not even been picked up from their facility or taken to the post to be shipped. I have requested a refund from Newegg for the extra shipping cost I paid, and they have been very helpful in that regard. If you want your orders to be delivered in a timely fashion, find another seller.

In this instance, this was an issue occurring with our carrier, FedEx. I purchased 2 laptops. One of the two had the wrong AC adapter. I Contacted customer support.. I was passed off to different service. . That company desired model and serial # that I replied that info to them . I never heard from them again nor have I to date received a correct ac adapter.

Purchased a laptop, after a week of the tracking not showing anything I emailed them to check on the order and was told it had been damaged in their warehouse they have no others in stock they are sorry and are giving me a refund. Then I received an RMA request asking me to return the product. The one I never got because they still have it. I emailed them again, they responded "you have gotten your refund thanks"..... I have not got my refund. Not enjoying this exchange. EDIT: Finally got the refund after I wrote this review. They sent a lovely email asking me to remove this review because it is false, it was NOT false at the time of my writing. Perhaps they had made some mistakes no big deal, however the way this was all handled was not professional and I personally well not be doing business with ANY other sellers from any site other than the actual site I'm on. Too much of a headache.

CCV Electronics Response:
The customer is mistaken in her account of this issue. It is possible that she inadvertently requested from Newegg a return of the item which she ordered, which did not arrive because it was damaged in transit and was returned to us. While that may have complicated the issue somewhat, the refund issued the same day she initially contacted us. In the days that followed, evidently unable to see the credit on her credit card statement, she sent numerous emails inquiring as to why she had not received the refund, and all of them were answered professionally by our staff. We're pleased to learn from her comment that accompanied this review that she does finally acknowledge that she received the refund.
