About Us


For non-conforming products please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item via email or by phone at 213-629-5555 Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. All damaged item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After which, the claim will be considered void. Please remember the best way to solve any problem that may arise during the transaction is communication. So please do not hesitate to contact us either by email or by phone so that together we can complete the transaction as smoothly as possible.

How to return an item:
E-mail us for a return authorization within 30 days of purchase date. (Please provide your order number and the reason for return).

Return Policy:

We will accept returns for any product purchased from us within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or replacement under the following conditions and restrictions:

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

All returns must include order number and reason for the return.

The item is returned in it's original box with all items that it originally came with including the manual and warranty card (not filled-out).

All returns must be like the original condition. Otherwise additional charges shall apply at our discretion.

When we receive the package, we will ship your replacement item at our own cost.

Cost of shipping is non-refundable for returns

We will deduct our shipping cost from the refund. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them.

If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. If there is no replacement, we will refund the item price minus shipping. Shipping charges Are Not Refundable.

We accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit Buyer will be responsible for making sure that the package is returned to us safely.

We will have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund if you use our postage-paid return label, unless the return is a result of our error.

It typically takes up to two weeks to process returns after they arrive at our returns center.

Partial refunds/Restocking Fees:

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee could be up to 80% of the item price under following conditions:
Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns outside the return period.

Personal Items Certain personal items are non returnable. Example: Tooth Brush, Shavers, Hair Trimmers.

These items can be returned only if they are defective or in unopened condition.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
