They no longer carry the 50ohm cable so they arbitrarily substituted the 75ohm cable as being interchangeable which they aren't.

Intentional Product Misrepresentation to roll old inventory

Intentional misrepresentation to get rid of old inventory. The item description text was partial and incomplete but the picture was on the new product line. Received some emails from someone who seems to have zero care about their job position and authority. The last email ended with "......Your Xss needs to be fired, immediately! There has been too much BSt with this company. Luckily, the product manufacturer (SureCall) has great customer care and competent employees.

Horrible service on this -

I have had good service from Newegg - but this time - horrible First it took a week to get here - then it was not what I ordered - not even close ordered a battery - got a wireless headset They told me to keep the headset that I don't need - and they did not charge me for it They did NOT send me a battery but refunded my money as they should have - but the whole thing took 2 weeks to straighten out. If I based it all on this transaction I would advise no one to ever use them. The only positive is the other interaction years ago went well so for me it's a gamble as to if they will send the correct item in a timely manner and then correct the mistake quickly should there be a mistake IF there was a lower rating than one egg for THIS transaction - it's what I would give them.
