I enjoy my I-Pad mini, I use it everyday; it tends to get hot after awhile so I have to shut it off. Other than that it’s really a great item to have.

Dissapointed in fact versus promise

Vender assured me of fast replacement. Upon receiving the label for the return, I have heard nothing from the vender. I purchase a white Tab 4 that is T Mobile compatible for 4G. I got a Black Verizon Tab 4. And nothing now from the vender that replacement is on its way.

not up to par for a Newegg seller

Notepad came with wrong charger and had more damage the the screen than what I would have expected. Emails and calls to the seller lead to no reply. I l have never had a problem with Newegg, seems to be the best place to get refab. I will no longer buy from this seller..Certified Refurbished Store.

Yes I would recommend this seller. Although a very early model, the ipad mini was in like new condition and performs quite well. From the title given to the device by iTunes app, I assume this was originally a Dell device. It does not appear to have been used - there are no marks on it? My only regret is that it's OS cannot be updated to the current Apple OS.

This was very disappointing.. because this company couldn’t properly keep count of its stock thy over sold .. hence the item I purchased never was sent. Wasn’t even actually there but.. thy did do a refund aftr all cyber sales were over.. then try to sell me a different iPad for more money (sketchy much) unfortunately the reason for one egg is simple .. thy over sold and because of tht I wasn’t able to get my children the two referbished iPads for Christmas and for tht matter because of them thy got lower quality items because there weren’t anymore sales going on

The laptop they sent me I wouldn't even expect to see in a thrift store it was in such terrible condition. It was broken, scratched, and defective. Not only that but it took two weeks to even get shipped to me. They must have been throwing it around the parking lot for those two weeks.

Wrong Item delivered - Days and Days of work ahead to get resolution

But what was Delivered = Model A1566 serial #: DMPRH0QFG5VY - This is not the A1567 Cellular + Wifi 64GB Ipad Air 2 which was ordered. This is for Grandson's birthday on 11/10. I would not recommend this seller two others there was no way of getting in touch with this seller when I wanted to return my product since the iPad was locked. Newegg customer service department was great however they could not resolve my problem. Overall at this point I will not be buying another product from Newegg

Had to pay $16 to return the device and the so call case is not a case but a plastic cover on the back of the iPad.

This refurbished iPad came with a bad screen scratch. It was advertised as a WiFi only iPad. It arrived with a Verizon SIM card. The battery is clearly past its prime as it won’t hold a charge. I bought it to replace my current iPad. That’s not happening. The new arrival won’t update to the latest iOS version. I won’t be ordering anything else from NewEgg.

I’m not pleased and I’m about to contact PayPal and my Credit Union for them to take action. I’ve sent two emails to Newegg and have received a proper response. I received an email asking if I’d received the previous email. I explained that the only emails that I’d received was the receipt and shipment info. Still no response. I hate poor customer service!
