Item was delayed and sent back to dealer without explanation

First time ordering from this company and the experience was not good! My order was delayed for delayed delivery. I was not at home to sign for the package, so the UPS drivers next step was to take it to the pick up point. Usually, the item is ready for picked up the day after if you miss the delivery time on the first attempt. But for some reason, I didn't get 3-days to pick the item up at the pick up location. Instead, the item was returned directly to the sender without any explanation.

Item got stuck in delivery, but seller made it right

I bought a webcam for my husband's birthday, and it got stuck in pre-transit status. I emailed the seller and they sent another out right away. I appreciate the quick turnaround in these times. Thank you!
