There was a bit of a delay on my CPU's journey from China to Florida, as Christmas and COVID contributed to a backup in customs at ports of entry. I know that because Cyber Electronics reached out to keep me updated on the status of my order after the tracking information stopped coming. I had started to get worried and after feeling reassured by their email, my new CPU soon arrived. It was exactly as described and functions well.

Yeah, got an email right before it got shipped to make sure everything was compatible, very nice person, great job with everything, a bit overpriced, 40% more then normal value, but i mean i''ll take it :)

The item was not as described. The original post described it as a 3600X and I was informed it was a 3500X prior to shipment. The seller did contact me prior to shipping and let me know it was not a 3600X and ensured the processor would fit my motherboard. I was surprised the processor was bing shipped from China so it took longer than expected. I was not aware Newegg used third party sellers on their site. That is not my preferred method of purchasing items especially if the items are being shipped from another country. I would have looked for a different seller or a different site.

This product was actually delivered late, but not due to the seller. Mail system and customs is way backlogged. The seller kept me up to date the whole way though. Item was received in excellent condition even with being held in customs for 2 weeks and being shipped USPS.

they're good overall had my item in time (but its at the end of the estimated time last 2 days) item came in good condition without scuffs or dents tightly sealed, their customer service was quick to respond and with clear and to the point answers, the biggest problem outside of shipping time is that the package was hard to track outside of newegg wich caused a delay compared to current progress by a day to day and a half.

So far, it took more than 12 days and the product has not been shipped or even left China. I contacted the seller by email and he did not give me an approximate date for the delivery .

Never sent it, I stopped order and canceled before it even left their place. They still tried to charge me restocking fee(Pathetic) Then agreed to full refund and still sort me! Its on *&^hole

Bought this on 10/19/20 (along with 8 other items, and it is now 11/23/20) and this NEVER made it to me. AMAZINGLY, the day after the "return period" ended, it was delivered to NewEgg, NOT ME! I was told I could NOT get a refund, and it was NOT their (Newegg's) problem that the shipping address was wrong and the product was never delivered to me. Funny that the other 8 items got here..... humm, how is that MY fault? The customer "support" person that called me refused to reship me my CPU unless I paid for a second one. Yes you heard that right, pay again to get your CPU. I refused to pay a second time and never got a refund, EVEN AFTER THEY GOT THE CPU BACK!!! I am out money and they won't help at all. As a field supervisor for an internet service provider, a network specialist since 1976, and have a degree in information system management I would warn EVERYONE stay away from NewEgg, they a crooks and liars.
