This is my first experience ordering a new PC online. I had always either built my own or purchased in-store. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my product considering the disclaimer on the site saying delays could occur due to high demand. The product was packaged very well and arrived quite quickly. Everything worked great out of the box and I am a happy customer.

Slight hiccup at the start but corrected quickly

Item took an extra couple days to ship, I assume due to inclement weather at their Midwest DC. Totally understandable but I would have appreciated direct contact regarding the delay after the advertised "ships in 1-3 days" period had elapsed, even an automated email so I didn't have to chase it up myself. Product was packed very well and arrived safely, and was exactly to spec. Would order from them again and recommend this seller and their product. Thanks!

ok so PC came in the way they packed the inside right angled the video card thus ruining the motherboard was sent back a month ago and still havnt received a messaged that they have processed the return nor have they sent out a replacement after a month your better option is to buy from a different seller this one is in no hurry once they have your money and yes im very sour with the way they handle things

I use my PC for work and so when mine died I ordered a new one immediately and because I’d been saving up I bought a nice gaming PC. Immediately it took an absolute age for them to ship the PC, but it was a busy time of the year so I accepted that but once it finally did arrive I started installing all my stuff and noticed I didn’t have NEARLY the hard drive space advertised. It was supposed to have a 200GB hard drive as well as a secondary 2TB hard drive... so where was the 2TB hard drive? I emailed the seller explaining the hard drive just wasn’t showing up on my PC and got an automated response. Fortunately I had a more tech savy friend who looked at it and figured out the hard drive was there, they just didn’t bother setting it up. So if I’m paying an extra expense for them to just put the thing together, they can’t even be bothered to make sure they did a good job and their customer service sucks... why would I pay an extra expense for their service again? I’m done with prebuilt PCs, it’s not worth all the stress

Last review forgot to take down the eggs. I was going to cancel this order but was finally shipped one hour ago. 10 days to ship is simply unacceptable. Still gotta wait for ups and who knows when it'll get here with all the winter storms. If it works I'll end up keeping it but otherwise I won't hassle and will just send it back for a refund.

The motherboard was defective on the machine I waited three weeks for. I then had to spend half an hour on the phone with a rep proving the machine didn't post and wouldn't work. Now I have to go through a very cumbersome return process and hope for the best. I assume I was just unlucky and most machines from the Seller work- in the two hours or so the machine functioned for me it was amazing. Hoping for the best, quite sad so far.

This PC is awesome. But did not give it a Max rating as this PC comes with a Mouse and Keyboard. Ok, the mouse is nice, but the keyboard? I am not tooo sure there could of be a more cheap colorful board out there for them to stick in the box. That keyboard not not last 1day and I threw it out and I ran to Best Buy to get another keyboard. If you are going to pay over 2k for a PC, at least put in a good keyboard.

I was excited to get a new rig, but was concerned about the NVIDIA Geforce 3070. While I wanted the high-end card I had heard many came DOA. Sure enough, I got the computer booted it up and started having issues (blue screen of death, black screen, etc) almost immediately. The nice thing is Cybertron stood behind their computer and are sending a replacement. Many would complain about the computer but the truth is Cybertron can help if NVIDA or Gigabyte makes a faulty GPU. The best they can do is warranty it and replace it, which they are doing. Thanks Cybertron for an awesome gaming rig!

The manual was missing and the box appeared to have been previously opened. I still have not found an operations manual and the "put it together" manual for the already assembled machine was not helpful in setup at all. I'm distressed that my fancy new machine seems to be a 2nd hand delivery.

The computer is amazing. I'm so happy with it. I looked around for a long time till I found this computer on Newegg, and based off all the sites, companies, and builds I reviewed nothing compared to the value I got from Cybertron and Newegg. Plus the speed in which I received the computer was amazingly fast. I was worried that it would come in damaged (first time buying a computer over the internet most of the time I build my own) but they did a great job packing it to protect it. Thanks Cybertron and Newegg!

Build put two sticks of RAM in the wrong slots, causing a POST alert and for the two sticks to not show in Windows, suggesting they never tested the system. Moved the RAM to where it should be and everything works perfectly, so great machine, but a point off for the build quality.

I ordered this PC on 11/5/2020 and it arrived 11/12/2020. Right from the box it did not work. I spent 4 hours and 5 phone calls to the CLX help line trying to get it up and running. It kept crashing and going to black screen. Finally they had me ship the RTX 3070 back to them for replacement. Here it is 11/23/2020 and I still can not use this pc. I think the mother board was damaged during transit because the black clip that holds the GPU into the PCI slot just fell off and it won’t re-attach. I’m getting ready to ask for a refund. So disappointed.

Nearly 2 months from order date to usable computer

PC arrived on time, but DOA. Lots of calls and interactions with customer service and tech support. Customer support is very good at telling you what you want to hear (like they are prioritizing your issue), but never followed up on multiple promises. If it were not for a random stop by my house by my daughter, my pc would of sat in front of house on busy street in rain for 3 days. I was told i would be updated multiple times, and never was. PC is great, but this will be my last purchase from them.
