I was waiting for the Yamaha TSR-7850 receiver to be available again (likely as a refurb) since I prefer it's on-screen setup and certain other features over the newer TSR-700 replacement model. DealParade had it at a reasonable price through NewEgg and I ordered two of them. Aside from coming in a brown box instead of the original black and white one with non-original (but very adequate) packing materials, these could have passed for brand new. They arrrived sooner than expected and I've been very happy with them. Maybe I should have ordered three....

Just got it so have not used it as of yet. I didn't realize that they were for indoor only, as I was planning on using them out doors. I put them in little bird houses to protect them from the weather. Should be fine, also sealed them with rubber glu making them water proof. I like the fact that they can run on a battery for 6 months to a year, and are wireless, a big plus, no wires to run. Other stores charge 4 times as much, but are new not rebuilt. Good luck

Got here on time, undamaged, but I do have to buy my own cables to hook the speaker up. Cables didnt say they were included though, no fault there.

This was my first "refurbished" purchase so understandably I was skeptical. However, the item arrived exactly as described and had no flaws whatsoever. About the product, I do wish the microphone quality was better, as you really can't get away with using the microphone on this headset unless you want to sound like you're on a cell phone in a wind tunnel. Otherwise, sound quality is 6/10, about what you would expect with a bluetooth headset. I was impressed by the bass these things put out however and this has been great for gaming so far.

Slight tear in product carton and internal foam packing was damaged, probably from being dropped, but product was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I ordered a center speaker and a pair of add-on speakers, and I was shipper two center speakers. I put up a claim about this, and certainly offered to ship back the extra center speaker. The seller sent me a prepaid shipping label for the extra center speaker, but still hasn't shipped out my pair of add-on speakers I had originally ordered. I've done everything that would be expected from a decent, reasonable person, if not MORE, but I cannot even get the seller to reply to me about the product that I've actually ordered.

First time to use Newegg website & I ordered stereo equipment. It was the best service from placing the order to receiving the product. The delivery time was fast & I did not have to pay for express delivery.

Pioneer is always a solid choice for quality entry level equipment. These completed the full set for me of the Andrew Jones line and I couldnt be happier.

Excellent and fast

Its been over a month and I still have not received my product from the seller. I email the seller but they will not respond to me. They took my money on the 1st day but here it is a month later and I still don't have anything to show for. I would never use the seller again.

Very user friendly. Cheap peace of mind and it can hold up my gaming rig, one monitor (32" 1440p) and internet (modem and switch) for 30 minutes. The best part is the clean reliable power.
