Shipping Information:
• All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing an order, M-F (excluding holidays & weekends).
• Tracking information is automatically emailed to the registered email account provided.
• We use FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground and USPS.

Please Note:
• Daily Deal items have a higher volume of orders and may take additional time to process and ship. The shipping carrier and/or method of shipment, unless upgraded by the customer, is at the discretion of Deals Only Web Store
• Delivery times, if given, are estimated and are not guaranteed, as we have no control over packages once they leave our warehouse.

International Orders:
• Shipments may take up to 21 business days to receive due to customs delays.
• Import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply to your purchase at time of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing to determine these costs prior to purchasing.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that your purchase complies with your country's import regulations and laws. We can not be held responsible for any purchases seized by customs.
• All shipments are declared at their purchased value; items can NOT be marked as gifts.
• All international orders are considered final, there are no returns, other than with manufacturer defect.
• We currently only ship select items internationally

Returns Policy

Refused Shipments/Insufficient Address:
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded in full less the shipping expense. Deals Only Web Store also reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee (which we also may choose to waive).

Manufacturer Direct Warranties:
If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit direct to manufacturer, unless the unit was DOA (within 7 days after receipt).

Warranty Limitations:
Deals Only Web Store cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.

RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately.

Fitness of Purpose:
Deals Only Web Store cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration.

Defective Products:
Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in same form of payment.

All Sales are Final:
All sales are final. Return of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are allowed 7 days after receipt of item(s).

Damaged Items or Missing Parts:
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of product.

Warranty Repair:
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition.

Defective Item Return:
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.

Return Exclusions:
• Items that contact the nose, mouth or inner ear.
• Any factory sealed item that has been opened
• Items clearly designated as clearance, scratch & dent or one-of-a-kind.
• Oversized or overweight items such as the Automotive Bike Racks are not eligible for returns.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
