I would love to rate this item if I had received it in a timely manner, such as 3 days from ordering, but I still haven't received it yet. I ordered March 19th and still no item on April 6th. 18 days! And the item was listed as in stock when I placed the order. USPS tracking is completely useless, as it doesn't even tell me where the item is. It just keeps saying the item has reached USPS Destination Facility. If the seller is reading this, you need to fix whatever issue you have with getting the items to your customers. 7 days in transit is way too long. 18 days and still counting is 100% unacceptable.

I have not received the item, so really can't say if or if not the item is as described. So with that said 0 stars on delivery even thou it says it was delivered 3 stars in customer service even though the person I spoke to was very pleasant and tried to be as concern and helpful as possible have fallen short on delivery 15 after I spoke to them haven't received the item, a replacement or refund nor any follow-up information on the status of my case. disappointed with this buying experience with newegg.

The seller should let people know that they are not as fast as some other sellers and at least a 2 week wait is the usual time frame but the ram is totally awesome. So as usual Rock On New Egg and thank you to all of the awesome sellers! Keep up the good work!
