Dr. Power Seller Profile

The battery should give at least 3 hours of service before being recharged. I only get about 45 minutes of usage before I have to recharge. This is on an Asus U52f laptop.

Fit Dell E6430 perfectly and holds a charge far better than the aged Dell battery.

The battery was great. It took almost three weeks to get it which was disappointing. Also I got no email telling me it was shipped. I had purchased another laptop battery from another seller for another laptop. It arrived in 3 days so I was disappointed this took so long.

would not use Dr Power Again.

Seller shipped defective battery. Seller attempted to force me to pay for return shipping. When I insisted that I receive a prepaid label for defective merchandise I was told yes but only after I take pictures of the defective battery and provide incredible amounts of information about my computer. Throughout the process I attempted to get Newegg involved and their customer service and resolution process is just as bad as this seller's customer service and performance. Seller refused to respond to eMails from both myself and Newegg generated. 4 eMails to get a single response. I finally received the prepaid label however it took 3 times to get the RMA correct. I requested a refund each time and received an RMA for a repair, an RMA for a replacement and finally after the third call to Newegg received the correct RMA for refund. Shipped the item to the address on the label, waited the required 5 business days for a refund and sent a message to the seller requesting my refund. Seller's answer was we are a Canadian company and the RMA must be received in Canada for processing. The address on the label was for their USA warehouse and I would have to wait at least another week for it to be shipped to Canada. I threatened a charge back and was rewarded with a note that "we have processed your refund prior to receiving the product." All in all Newegg was of little help, they have a million hoops you need to jump through, Dr. Power is terrible at customer service and follow through. Repurchased this battery had it the next day and works perfectly from another seller on another sales channel. I will not purchase another item on this sales channel, I will go without before I go through this experience again. I will be curious if this review is ever posted...

TOOK WAY TO LONG TO GET THIS PRODUCT DELIVERED

It took quite a while to get here, but no fault of the seller. The battery was caught it the big freeze in Texas and was delayed. Once I received the battery, I charged and discharged according to the directions included in the package. It charges quickly and holds a charge very well. I would recommend this battery to others.

Shipping was fast and easy with no problems. Price was also good. Good quality battery.

Dr. Power customer service answered all my questions before ordering my laptop battery. The battery is as described, and works great. Arrived on time, was securely packaged, and great customer service. I would purchase again!

It seems like they've researched the battery type well for my Ideapad. So much that they even actually replicated the 60% full battery issue. This isn't their fault but luckily there's a way to fix that with ipman (linux utility). This manufacturer seems intent on producing accurate batteries for each given hardware, rather than producing inaccurate batteries to sell without a care. The package arrived neatly and in a few days. I would love to get a second one to carry around.

Battery fits fine in laptop, but won't charge. Dell popup on screen says it doesn't recognize the battery; needs to be a Dell battery. Had to return it and pay delivery fee PLUS have a re-stocking fee deducted from the credit.

I love my new 9-cell battery pack from Dr. Power. I plan to buy a second battery pack from them before the end of the year. Thanks!

Battery works except causing the sudden shutdown of laptop. Try to return for a replacement, but replacement would not ship until receipt of the defective battery. I can't send out the defective battery until I have the new one or I can't use my laptop for couple weeks. Will buy a new battery from other vendor, and then return for refund seems to be my only choice.

Everything went fine; delivered on time and in good condition. The labeling was a little generic, but not likely to cause an issue for anyone unless you're ordering a lot of different types of batteries at once. Will likely order again when necessary.

I know it's only a replacement battery but it was worth the extra spend! No complaints from the BIOS, run time is longer than I expected.

My laptop battery arrived days earlier than promised (YAY!) and worked right out of the box. Loved the instructions about how to get the best overall charge from the battery. I bought a new battery from a different vendor prior to using Dr Power/newegg, and it was completely worthless. Newegg and Dr Power have my business forever. Thanks.

I never used newegg before so I was a little leery but they turned out to be great. I was kept informed about the status of my purchase right to & including when it was set at my door. I will definitely use newegg again!
