Received my product 4 days late. Out of service customer email on their website. Out of service customer number on their website. Automated phone call was zero help. 1 star service.

A+
8/3/2021 12:36:28 PM

Came early. Which was even better than expected, given the primary reason I ordered here was to get EKWB authentic parts via US distribution, rather than waiting on shipping from Europe. Got my build up and running sooner than expected. A+

New item?
7/16/2021 12:59:55 PM

I was expecting a brand new item. So when I noticed that one of the stickers that seal the box was already peeled back, I knew it had been opened before. This was further confirmed by the sticker that seals the plastic bag that the pump was in. It was obviously ripped and then re-sealed. I didn't return the pump because I needed it, and so far it appears to work just fine. I just wish that sellers would disclose that items where "open box" instead of "new". Of course then I would have purchased a new item from another seller rather than this pump since they priced it as new.

EXCELLENT.
6/7/2021 6:55:54 PM

These EK Meltiemi and furious vardar fans are the best for aio water coolers and of course custom built .Full wack they are loud as you would expect but i run them half speed, changed the 3000 rpm vardars for the meltemis, 3500 rpm on a nzxt z73 as the stock fans are useless .Temps idle 30-35c---max 55 - low 60s on ultra settings with 3070 while gaming. The price also was the lowest i found anywhere. Great product -Price and sellers. Thank you EK Water Blocks.

Good seller & product bad shipping

Product Awesome product with a very fast & easy install couldn't be happier! Seller Correct product fast to ship on their end and address was correctly marked on the package. RANT Long story short the package was delivered to the wrong address happens a lot with this particular postal delivery service. They never communicated with me so I only found all this out when a neighbor drove to my house and hand delivered it a week after he received it. He had already called and notified the shipper about the mistake & they never came back to pick the package up.

Usually by individual loop components from this brand, this is the first time I will try an AIO and I'm glad they offer one.

Very good product, keeps my 3800x very chilly even under heavy load.
3/18/2021 12:26:39 PM

Pros: - arrived in a timely manner - large but not imposing - easy to work with - easy to read directions - extremely good cooling performance - pretty RGB lights - completely overkill for my CPU Cons: - I can no longer roast steaks on my CPU - no lighting software that I know of that makes it easy to control DRGB lights and fans - only one DRGB header on my motherboard (Asus TUF X570 Gaming Plus) means I had to buy a DRGB hub in order for my fan lights to turn on - mildly loud Overall review: this is the first watercooling product I own and it has worked great so far. I had used the Kraken X63 from NZXT in a friend's build once (my first experience with AIOs or watercooling in general) and the pump didn't work, so I was a bit hesitant with buying this and having the possibility of having it not work in mind. The Vardar fans look amazing and perform better. The DRGB, once fixed with a fan hub, was very pretty and sucked up a LOT of air. The P400's front mesh panel is kinda meh so I took it off and hoo boy did my CPU get cool. Idle temps are around 30c, and even in highly intensive benchmarks like Cinebench R23 or Smallfft, or highly CPU intensive games like late-game Stellaris I never even hit above 70c (according to HWiNFO64). This was also with PBO settings on maximum. One small complaint that I hear a lot of AIOs and cases have, though: there are 4 ways to mount a radiator. Two of them are by mounting on the front panel (which I had to do because nowhere else in my case had room for a 360mm radiator). The other two places are on the bottom (which you can't do in most cases anyways, and is a bad way to mount it) and on the top of it (which I couldn't do because it only had support for 280mm fans/radiators). On the front panel, there are two ways to mount an AIO: with the tubes on the top or the bottom of the case. The tubes being on the bottom allows for slightly better thermal performance and a decibel or two less noise. I wanted to mount mine this way but couldnt because of A: RAM clearance and B: tube length. The tubes were just a few millimeters too short to mount on the CPU when they were coming from the bottom of the case. I am no expert on AIO engineering, but would it really be that hard to make them a few extra millimeters longer to combat this? I ended up having to resort to mounting it the slightly worse and arguably uglier way, with the tubes on the top. All in all: great cooler with some gripes that come with the AIO territory. amazing cooling, looks great, not much support for customizing DRGB.

EK AIO works like a charm
1/26/2021 2:00:14 PM

I would say that EK has developed a name for themselves as a good company for liquid cooling. So far the AIO has worked beautifully, and is mounted in the top of my computer case. Keeps the CPU usually around 10-20 degrees cooler than the stock air cooler i had before. Delivery was timely, and setup for the device was quick.
