Misleading description of product. Clearly pictures and describes an actual Philips product, but received item is in plain/unmarked "generic" packaging with no Philips markings/packaging whatsoever. Assume this is is generic product that was presented as a true Philips Norelco product.

I purchased a Logitech 703 Lightspeed with the hero sensor from them. i didnt see anywhere that it was used when purchased. when it came to my house the product packaged was ripped and repaired with scotch tape, then in the package it had the mouse which was filthy from use, and was missing parts. this is a horrible seller

I ordered a Playstation 3 controller over a month ago back on March 31st. I have not received a confirmation email or any updates on the UPS website of where my product has been. I recently checked the Newegg website today, and it says that the label just has been created. Well to be quite frank, the label has just been created for the last 28 days, received an email that they would update me on the progress and still have received none whatsoever. I am very upset and disappointed in this company and their lack of immediacy and expectancy, and for those reasons alone I will never order another product off this website, and I will taking my business elsewhere because at least I know that these other major websites handle their customers with more care and make their products arrive in the time allotted.

Do not recommend. I have been waiting a month and still not received my product. Their customer service is quick to respond but not to act.Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

The item I ordered never arrived, but immediately after the order went through I got a notification saying it was delivered. I've contacted customer service twice trying to resolve the issue but gotten nowhere so far. They initially said the seller would contact me, but they never did.

Terrible experience. Never was delivered. Had to challenge Visa charge to get satisfaction. I don't really know if it was as the seller described--never came.

Seller is a scammer. I don't know why Newegg has them on their site. They took forever to ship it. Then they sent me a bogus tracking # that says it's been delivered. I'm going to dispute this this with Paypal.

Replied to email sent by Newegg that item was delivered. That Item was not delivered on Feb 27th. I did not hear back so on March 5th I contacted Newegg by IM. Was told to wait 2 days. waitied 2 days then opened another request. Now they say 2 weeks. If the item was not delivered and we had trace on. They should be able to figure out what happened. I am waiting for MB or refund. I prefer to get what I purchased. Tracking # SF1086278148088

First expand intelligent not only first said that this was a new motherboard then immediately emailed me telling me it was refurbished, but also sent the motherboard to a completely different buyer. The price was hiked a few days after my purchase, and I never received the order. I lost contact with First Expand Intelligent days before the “promised” delivery date and had to file a claim through Newegg to get my refund. I would avoid first expand intelligent as a seller.
