Returns Policy

AMC Return Policy

1. Return with Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.) physical damage, scratches, main board issue are the exception and will result in surcharged amount determined by the technician department.

2. Original intact UPC barcode and P/N number. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

4. The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

5. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

6. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the box used to return the item or the brown shipping box.

7. All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original ship date to qualify for a refund. No refund will be granted for physical damage items.

8. All products have 90 days Distributor warranty.

9. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping and handling cost will be deducted from the refund amount. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit; make sure to have the driver note any scratches or dents on the packaging box on the delivery document BEFORE signing clear. Otherwise the freight company will reject the claim and process the request as a customer damaged report Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 36 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported more than 36 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
All return and replacement items must be in its original condition which means the products cannot be tampered in any way. If you request a refund, the original price you paid minus the shipping charges incurred will be credited back to your account AFTER we receive the item back and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met. All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges incurred from replacement requests will not be credited.
The warranty does not cover installation or damage from accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, operating the unit against the instructions in the owner’s manual or any product which has been opened, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover costs for removal and or installation of the unit for repair. Under no circumstances shall the service center be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for any other expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product.
REFURBISHED PRODUCT LIMITED 90 DAYS WARRANTY.
Since this unit was sold as a refurbished item, the warranty does not apply to any cosmetic appearance items such as scratches. Should a defect occur, the Refurbished Product Service Center will repair or, at its option, replace defective unit/parts

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
