All UPS Packages will come double boxed or cornered depending on the size, Receivers do not get double boxed as the manufacture box is suitable for shipping.

All of our other larger products BBQ's, large kitchen Appliances, TV's as well as many other fragile items in our catalog will ship free with a private carrier and include white glove service at no extra charge!
This service includes scheduling a delivery appointment, bringing the television or large Appliance into the home or garden and unpacking it to make sure there is no concealed damage or defect to the item. Though this method takes a bit longer 7-14 B. Days, it is by far the safest method to ship larger fragile items.
Please note the private trucker will test the item and check for damages in your home. once signed for we will not be able to take it back if you find a damage, Please inspect the item before signing .

Still have not gotten product estimate delivery date was on 2/4 now estimate to take almost a month to arrive. Called shipping company they don't have a estimate delivery date together will call within 24hr of delivery

Computer arrived a day early even though the holiday rush was messing with shipping for other packages. It was wrapped in industrial strength bubble wrap and arrived in excellent shape. And with some careful selection, the laptop was a super selection. It's almost a month and everything is great.

TV did not meet specs listed, seller lied and dismissed legitimate issues to the brand rather than taking responsibility. Extremely unhelpful customer service. All they care about is their sale. Once it is done they have your money and don't care.

Defective key on lap top.

Lap top was suppose to have a 90 day warranty as a refurbished unit. When the #4 key on the number pad was found to be defective, seller told me to send it to Asus for repair. After checking with Asus, I found that 60 days of the warranty were already gone (apparently the time the seller had the unit). I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. I felt that I had paid for a working product and that it shouldn't be my job to send it for repairs. The seller refused to refund my money.

The TV was listed as delivery in 5-7 days, but when the shipping estimate said almost 4 weeks, I asked for a refund and they said there would be a restocking fee. Apparently you have to go to their “about us” page for the seller, scroll down, click “read more” and scroll down some more. At that point, if you’ve gotten that far, you will find that they use freight carriers that can take 3-4 weeks to deliver, despite the item saying on the main page that it is delivered in 5-7 days. The whole experience was a mess. I finally got the TV, but i would definitely not recommend this seller.

Item was delivered as advertised (new). I took one star off because the estimated delivery date was 2 days late and their site isn't very accurate of the status of the shipment. I had to call in to get a more up-to-date delivery. Their customer service was nice and friendly when I did call. Do expect longer delivery times because of COVID which they do mention. Just painful to wait longer. When buying a TV they do need to unbox it to make sure it turns on and it's not damaged.

I would not recommend this seller. They tried to cancel my order which caused great haste and they were not readily accessible. All Newegg did was email them too. They didn't send in a timely manner and the over three thousand dollar tv-sat for weeks in the docking station. Never was shipped, not followed up on to my knowledge though I emailed. I am devasted to have wasted so much time on a tv we never received. Again, I recommend you spare yourself the pain and just go through reliable and timely purchase and different website.

Long Delay in Shipping

I order a LG sound bar. Told that the shipping label was created and it sat for 7 days. I called customer service, they contacted the seller. I was asked if I still wanted the item. I said yes and received it 18 days after my order. The item was just what I ordered. Customer service took care of my problem. I am a happy customer.

Ordered a TV on August 28th with 5-7 business day shipping. It is currently September 18th (14 business days after order) and I have contacted the seller 3 times, Newegg 2 times, the shipping company 2 times, and still no results. Newegg was the most helpful, but they say that I won’t hear anything back results wise until Friday, September 25th at the earliest. This service has been completely unacceptable with no communication from the seller other than “we will look into it” on 3 separate occasions.

Stay away from this seller, as of now my item has not arrived, seller states 5-7 business days delivery, I'm on the 15 business day and don't have the package on my state terminal, order still shows in transit. Reaching the carrier? good luck with that... they have a page last modified on 2013, and their phone service is a joke, called them and there were 84 people in front of me, I wonder why?....in another occasion, I tried using the call me back function... they called me back, 2 days after. Even after all of this, seller wants to charge me a 15% restocking fee...

This gorgeous LG OLED TV was supposed to be delivered to my home over 2 weeks ago. I got a phone call from AM trucking telling me it was going to come on a Thursday in a 4 hour time block. It never came. I called them, they told me it would be rescheduled??? They show up at my house Friday at 7am, everyone sleeping, no one hears a knock, no phone call and leave. They have done this to me twice so far, after I confirm a SPECIFIC DATE to get the TV delivered, they show up on another day/time and claim I am not at home. UNACCEPTABLE!! now my tv has been on a truck for 3 weeks, and I have no clue if it's totally damaged or not. Cannot even comment on if the item was as the seller described as it's not here yet and I have no new delivery date! So take that 'Yes' with a grain of salt.
