Our shipping policy is as follows

Cameras, Drones, Receivers and many more of our smaller items will be shipped via UPS,
All UPS Packages will come double boxed or cornered depending on the size, Receivers do not get double boxed as the manufacture box is suitable for shipping.
please note you have one week to notify us for any damage due to shipping please keep the original box so we can take I back hassle free!

All of our other larger products BBQ's, large kitchen Appliances, TV's as well as many other fragile items in our catalog will ship free with a private carrier and include white glove service at no extra charge!
This service includes scheduling a delivery appointment, bringing the television or large Appliance into the home or garden and unpacking it to make sure there is no concealed damage or defect to the item. Though this method takes a bit longer 7-14 B. Days, it is by far the safest method to ship larger fragile items.
Please note the private trucker will test the item and check for damages in your home. once signed for we will not be able to take it back if you find a damage, Please inspect the item before signing .

About Us


Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with your transaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the invoice date. You have a choice of a Refund or a Replacement.
All refunds or replacements will be done once the item is scanned in and the serial number matches with the unit we sent you. ( 24 hours from receiving the item)
In order to return an item Please read below and follow all step.
You must keep the original Box.
All content must be sent back ( Remote, Stand, Manual ETC).
You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
You must use our Pre Paid return label that we supply you.
Please note if the order is canceled in transit there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
