Yes, as long as the customer isn't in a hurry! Took a LONG time to arrive, unlike my other Newegg orders. It works perfectly, though.

I seen post already after I processed the order, I need this board for a machine, so not very much in lines with choices. I sat and waited for the company to give the product to DHL for over 2 weeks. then DHL had the item for 2 months. after going back and forth with newegg and the seller, finally it was processed in DHL for shipment. oh and by the way, I did pay the extra charge for 3/5 day delivery. I requested my money back at least for the shipping since clearly it was not delivered as expected or promised. then lol, get this. I replaced the board in the device to get the same error code. the board was also blown. so now we are sitting in the same place we were since February. and here it is June and no response from Newegg or the seller. so if anyone knows where to get a clean board in this product review, please reach out to us, thanks for reading and hope to avoid anything to a future potential buyer, Do not buy this unless you have plenty of time to wait, and make sure to allow for slow responses and may get a faulty board anyways at the end of it all.

when I ordered it said it would be delivered in a few days. it not here 4 weeks later

Get/Buy from some place other than China.. Been over a month and no product!!

Can't really rate the printer head I ordered because I'm still waiting for delivery! Over a month now!

Still have not received parts.

Ordered the printhead on April 1st. The USPS label was created. No updated info on shipping when the tracking number is entered. Contacted Support Live Chat before and was told this product is coming from China by boat due to arrive on April 27, which is today. However, USPS has not received the pkg. I contacted Live Chat again today and the queue is 65.

I ordered it 2 weeks ago, was indicated that if I paid the extra money, I’d get it in3-6 days. I still don’t have it.

Took to long to receive it because of impertinent question , instead of just sending it.

Item arrived on time and is working great.

Product came from Hong Kong and took a bit longer to deliver stateside than I expected, but was exactly what I wanted and couldn't find in the US. I was pleased with how it fits my printer and would order again if/when needed.

I ordered a servo driven camera gimbel with servos included. The servos did not quite fit so I had to modify the mounting. Over all, not too bad but not completely as advertised.

Doesn't work

The order was placed on Jun 13th and still not received on Jul 5th. 23 days so far the description states 8 to 15 days.

Carefully read the description of the item as well as the specifications page. I thought this was a straight HDMI to USB so I could connect my Blu-ray player to my laptop. That is not it's use and I got burned for the return. It would have cost me almost as much as I paid for the item so I had to refuse the return.
