The model number of your pre-built system or the make and model number of your custom built systems motherboard will allow us to find the correct upgrade for you.. All our DOMESTIC shipping is USPS with a tracking number .. Most items cost more to ship than our flat priority mail shipping charge.. We accept returns on items and test all returns .. If the item is found to be defective(this is almost never) we pay all shipping . Items found in working order are refunded minus our shipping cost . Free or low cost shipping is only free or low cost if you keep the item .. We do charge a small restocking fee based on the condition the item is returned in ,we are not in the business of making money off returns , but we have to recoup our nonrefundable costs for selling and retesting off working returns . Please ask for help if you need it and even if you think you don't as it saves returns and money in the long run . one last thing on returns NEW & SEALED items need to be returned new & sealed to receive a full refund , once you open it it is used and the selling value is decreased to that of a used item .
